Can all of the bars be used for full body use?
Yes, all of our bars can be used for your entire body.

How do I use the Yoni Bar?
The yoni bar is for external use only. You DO NOT insert soap into the vagina. It is used to wash the outside of your lady parts.

Can all of the Yoni Gels be used for full body use?
Yes, all of our Yoni Gels are safe to use on the entire body.


What if I experience irritation?

We ask that all customers do a test patch FIRST to ensure no allergies exist to our products. A test patch means you test the product on your hand or forearm and wait 24-48 hours to see if you experience a reaction.

If a product causes irritation do not use it. If using the product and irritation begins, STOP USE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking information will be sent prior to shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS. 

Which company do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders with USPS.

How long is processing?
Processing orders can vary from 7-10 business days. This includes the time it takes to make, process, label, and package products.

Weekends DOES NOT INCLUDE BUSINESS DAYS!!!

Where can I purchase Skinsational Creations Products?

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?
If your order is returned to sender, please contact our customer service department at support@skinsationalcreations.com


You will be responsible for the shipping fee if items are returned for incorrect address information.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Skinsational Creations LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost or stolen please contact customer service at support@skinsationalcreations.com 

 

All packages are covered with insurance and it will be the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS.

 
What happens if an item is broken?

In the event your item is broken during transit please file a claim with USPS. All packages are covered with insurance. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. If assistance is needed with filing a claim please contact our support team  support@skinsationalcreations.com

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. No exceptions!!!

What if I input the wrong address?
If you input the wrong address your item will be returned to Skinsational Creations LLC. There will be a shipping fee required to resend your items.

How often do you restock?
We will restock our items every 2-3 weeks. Subject to change based on demand.
