Returns/Exchanges Policy

Return Policy:
If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend your products.

Due to the nature of products being sold, all orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

If there is any issues with your order, anything missing from your order or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team via email: support@skinsationalcreations.com

Please allow 48-72  business hours from the date your email is sent to receive a response.

**Return/Exchanges***
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive please contact us via email support@skinsationalcreations.com

Once you file a claim with USPS an investigation will take place. USPS will update you or Skinsational Creations with an update on the claim. 

If you file a claim through Paypal or Bank your tracking number will state the date, time stamp and location your package was delivered. Be very careful when filing DISPUTES. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for petty/false disputes which will result you to our “BLACKLIST” 

Once you’re placed on our “BLACKLIST” you WILL NOT be able to purchase from us anymore. 

Skinsational Creations LLC is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages!!!!!
